Refund and Returns Policy

At Quwa Activewear, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

• Eligibility: You may return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, sports hijabs and undercaps are non-returnable unless faulty.

• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

• How to return: Email us at [quwa.activewear@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

 

• Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help. Just email us and we’ll check availability.

• Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

 

• Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

We take quality seriously. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery — we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
