Returns
• Eligibility: You may return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, sports hijabs and undercaps are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Exchanges
• Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help. Just email us and we’ll check availability.
• Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Refunds
• Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery — we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
